And Ye Shall Break Forth!

Micah 2:13 (New Living Translation)

Your leader will break out
and lead you out of exile,
out through the gates of the enemy cities,
back to your own land.
Your king will lead you;
the LORD himself will guide you.”

Micah 2 Spanish: La Biblia de las Américas (1997)
El que abre brecha subirá delante de ellos;
abrirán brecha, pasarán la puerta y saldrán
por ella; su rey pasará delante de ellos,
y el SEÑOR a su cabeza.

I know many of us have been waiting on the Lord to bring us to a place of fulfillment in one area or another in our lives…. Well the year of the breakthrough is here! In the book of Micah, God encourages the believers to stand and trust that everything that has hindered us blocked us and held us in confinements will be removed.

Webster’s Dictionary defines exile as to wander aimlessly, roam, a prolonged living away from one’s own country. Usually enforced; banishment, sometimes self-imposed.

First let us recognize who the leader is: Jesus Christ, the Lord of Hosts! Jesus is the one who will go before us and part those difficult areas that have been held up. He is the same God that parted the red sea for the children of Israel.

No more wondering where to go, your time in the wilderness has ended. He will burst all confinement, (imprisonment, captivity). This is the year of total freedom.

Your king will break forth on your behalf and carry you to a place of wholeness; safety and blessings.

And I say… Surely, surely, surely
