All Things New
God is doing a new work in our lives, regardless of the
mishaps and misadventures that may have occurred. God is not focused on what
happened years ago, even if those things were good. His focus is on the new and
exciting things He is presenting to you. The new things God is doing will no
doubt drastically improve your life. He is doing something new that has never
happened before. What a wonderful approach to living!
The apostle John uses
the word “behold” Revelation 21:5. To “behold” something is to gaze at and look
upon what is at the forefront of your life. The new thing God is doing should
get attention, and the spotlight should definitely be centered on God.
When God
does something new, it will absolutely leave people in awe. God is not going to
do things the same as before. Can you believe that? Can you perceive that? He
is working a work that will astonish, amaze, and surprise not only you but
everyone in your life!
“This was the
Lord’s doing; It is marvelous in our eyes” (Psalms 118:23 NKJV) .
