Don't Rock Fear Blog Tour with LaShaunda Hoffman #Marketing #Author #Blogtour @wnlbooktours

Welcome to the first day of the Don’t ROCK Fear Blog Tour.
I would like to thank Paulette for letting me share with you today.
When I published my first book, my fear issues came to surface.  They tried to stop me from promoting. Since I’ve been dealing with fear for a long time, I put into practice what I’d taught myself on how to handle fear.
First I wrote down my fears.
In the 7 day promotion challenge I’m hosting in April, I will share the other tips I use to deal with my fears.  In the last challenge I hosted in January I asked the attendees to list their promotion fears.  During this blog tour I will share a few of their fears and hope they will help you if you are dealing with your own promotion fears.

Today’s Promotion Fear – I Don’t Know What To Promote
When I have virtual tea sessions with my clients, (virtual tea sessions are promotion strategies sessions I have with authors and business owners who need help with their online promotion.) this fear comes up a lot, mainly because most of my clients are winging it when it comes to their promotion.  They haven’t created a plan for their promotion, so they don’t really know what to promote, where to promote or when to promote.
My first rule of advice is to create a promotion plan for your promotion.
You always want to know where you are going with your promotion and what you are doing with your promotion.  This will help you determine what to promote about, if you are promoting enough or need to take it up a notch.

Your plan should include:
Promotion Goals
Promotion Budget
Promotion Schedule

If you would like more information about a promotion plan I recommend you check out my video series.

It takes you step by step in creating a promotion plan.
Now you don’t have to ROCK this fear anymore.  When you have a plan for your promotion, you know where you stand with your promotion and you will never have to worry about what to promote.
I would like to invite you to register for the Don’t ROCK Fear – Promotion Mindset 7 Day challenge and kick fear in the butt.

This challenge is for writers, business owners and anyone who is dealing with fear.  Don’t let fear ROCK You.

You are also welcome to join the See Ya On The Promotion Training Group, where we teach you how to be a social butterfly.

Thanks so much for being the first stop on the tour. I so appreciate you.

This is my birthday month, so I'm in the gift giving spirit. One lucky person will win a digital copy of my book.

Have a great day.

Hey Pisces baby,

Happy birthday. Very good post. My fear is I'll take on more than I can handle. I've started working on a promotion schedule after sessions with you and Contessa. Working on my spreadsheet.

Have a good tour.

Hi Paulette Nunlee,

Thanks for stopping by. Only you can no what you can handle. I've learned that we want to do everything, but multi-tasking isn't good for promoting. Pick 1 or 2 projects to focus on and ROCK them. Then when you've completed those, pick 1 or 2 more and continue the cycle until you've completed all your tasks. That way you don't overwhelm yourself and you are out there promoting.
