Tell us about yourself.
I am a wife, mother and veteran educator passionate about children. I'm committed to writing uplifting and motivational stories that teach children the facts of life.
Tell us about your book.
BJ's Big Dream
is a story about a young boy determined to have long hair. He encounters
several obstacles on his journey and even has some surprises, but his desire,
faith and patience combine to ensure his success.
How did you come up with ideas for this
book?
For
seven years, I watched my son attempt to grow his hair. Over and over he
failed, but he never quit. The journey for me wasn't easy to watch, but BJ
learned from the experience and I was inspired euonymus measure. He began in
second grade, and in ninth grade, his hair finally took off. He wore his long
locks until his junior year in college.
What do you hope readers will learn/discover
from reading your book?
Any
dream worth dreaming is worth accomplishing with desire, faith and patience.
